any good wall paint suggestions?
no black please, parents would never allow that.
any decorating advice would be helpful , anything, just tell me, most helpful one gets best anwser.(Duh)

oh and my favorite bands are:

guns n roses
nirvana
paramore
metallica
ac/dc
alice in chains
led zep.
etc.

(just to give you a little bit of my interest)

and i love the whole peace, hippie stuff, any cool decorating ideas with that would help to
(no drug stuff). lol

The hippie thing caught my attention. I am definately a hippie, and because of my age (22 years old), some refer to me and my friends as neo-hippies. The bands you listed don’t necessarily strike me as hippie, with the exception of Led Zep and maybe aspects of G and R. If you are looking for the hippie aesthetic (look and sound and fashion), then check out the web pages of Devendra Banhart (http://www.devendrabanhart.com/), Matthew John (http://www.matthewjohn.net/), Espers (http://www.espers.org/), and The Junipers (http://www.myspace.com/thejunipers). Since you mention you like the newer look, all these artists are contemporary ‘hippie’ types and have a pretty cool aesthetic thing. In other words, they are influenced by the older hippies, but they are definately new and updated and progressive. Hope that helps!
