Good Parenting: Only A Parent

I am looking for my daughter, she was born Vanessa Rae Dequian Jan 26, 1990 in Edmonton, Alberta?

I kept her for about three months. I went into a depressive state and could no longer care for anyone not even myself. Children services picked baby up. I visited her until she was 11 months after that she was adopted by her foster parents.
If anyone knows where she is could you get her to get in touch with us, Thanks to everyone
