My ex husband and I have Joint Physical custudy he has primaray residencial?
Is he allowed to keep me from seeing my kids on my weekends because I don’t agree with parenting plan? He is trying to take away my summer time with kids.. Will a judge frown on him because he didnt let me have them on my weekends including mother’s Day weekend? Is this worth going to court over? In our divorce Decree it just says I can have kids whenever mutual agree and he never agrees!
Yes, take it back to court. If he is not allowing you to see the kids, then it will look bad on him. Document all the times he refuses. Let the court work out a schedule and if he violates it he can be held in contempt Is the parenting plan part of the decree? If it is, have it redone too.
