How long with uncontested divorce in GA take to become finalized?
I am originally a resident of AL. I moved to GA and married a man. We have one child together. We’ve made the agreements on visitation and are considering to pay equal parts to one lawyer to have everything completed. My question is, how long will it take? Also, can it be written into the agreement that it’s not feesible for me to continue to reside here since I am originally from a different state? I heard that with a child you’re also required to attend parenting classes together.
