for my safety and cause my parents dont like it?

i have a fish tanke hood so can i put that bulb in there for it to be good for the turtle?
The fluorescent tube in the picture is ONE thing you NEED. You will also need a fixture to hold the tube and light it, and you will NEED an incandescent bulb to heat the turtle’s basking spot. You NEED both the tube for UV and the incandescent for heat.
