I get massively confused by the differences (how I see it) in Social Services Britain and SS NI.
We have monthly health visitor checks until the child is one where I live.Any signs of neglect are reported to SS.Also if children within a family (and it doesnt matter if you have 1 kid or 100 ) are taken to hospital 3 times in a year SS are automatically involved.
This house would have immediately registered as an risk home here.
Am not BTW saying NI SS are perfect-far from it Im sure-but there does seem to be more rigorous checks done
